Full Care Boarding Prices
Monthly
Indoor Stalls (including East Barn & Arena Stalls - approx. 12' x 12') $310 Outdoor Stalls (West Barn - approx. 12' x 12' - rarely available) $260 Full Care Includes:
- Feeding & Watering - Twice daily
- Stall Clean Out - 5 times per week
- Alfalfa Hay & Shavings
- 24/7 Security Cameras
- 24/7 Access for Adults
- All children under 18 must be accompanied by their parent after 9pm.
- Use of all facilities
- Indoor Arena
- Huge Outdoor Arena (pea gravel)
- 2 large turn-out paddocks
- Round Pen
- Wash Racks with Hot Water
- Lounge (heated & cooled) - with Restrooms & TV/VCR for the kids
- Kitchen - with Fridge
- Tack Room Storage at no extra charge (upon availability)

Services Available for an Extra Fee:
- Daily Turn Out
- Extra Grain/Supplements
- Water Buckets Cleaned
- Horse Riding/Exercising
- Grooming, clipping and bathing
- Farriers - 2 Farriers visit the barn at least twice a month
- Vets - on call
- Horse Training

Naturally, for the safety of our horses and yours:
* Owner agrees to have the horse(s) wormed, vaccinated and shod/trimmed on a regular schedule
* Negative Coggins test required
*Board due on 1st of every month.
*$25 late fee applies after the 1st.
*$25 fee for returned checks
*Must give 30 day notice from the 1st of the month when vacating stall.
Use of Facilities (non-boarder) $10 per day or $45 per month Overnight Stay (non-boarder)
