What We Do:

Kids need the ability to achieve personal bests.  Not computer games, not the mall, not even school.

Kids have a great need to master and conquer something without being pressured by society.  Become proud of themselves.  What they, alone, can accomplish -- to reach a personal goal that is not a requirement.

That's what we do.

Allow personal bests to be reached, in overcoming fears; personal successes reached through problem solving and thought processing.

The horses can be affectionate.  Sometimes they can feel confused.  They can get frightened.  They can be stubborn.  They can feel panic, and even become depressed.  Their handlers must provide clear communication and confidence.

These are the same things kids feel...especially in today's world.  There is a sameness here that works.

This is what we do.  These kids are not judged.  They set the pace they are comfortable with.  The goals are personal, not regimented requirements.  Their inner needs are met thought these things.  A sense of pride and confidence accompanies their range of experiences here.  They become life experiences that they carry with them when they leave.

We've seen it.  Over and over.

Kids that have become something that - pre-horse - never would have occurred to them to even try...let alone, that they could do it.

This is what we do.  We watch kids grow and horses thrive.

We offer confidence for lost souls and goals for horse loving souls.

Both equine and human.

Why we do it:

It's not a business.  It's a passion.

Wendy Jewell-Onstott has witnessed first hand, over 40 years, how kids are affected by horses and how horses are affected by kids...and the growth they can reach together.

We house every kind of horse; top-notch show horses, abused horses, older retired horses, young horses getting trained, rescue horses and wild horses.

They all need human interaction.

So do kids.  All kinds of kids.

We are a well established equine education facility and would like to personally invite you to participate in our future.

Join us, the kids and the horses.  You'll love the experience.
