Rancho Bizzarro Schooling Shows

Vista Farms started this annual series of fun and educational schooling shows in 1992.  The concept then is the same as the concept now: to give people that are just starting out in the horse show world a chance to get the feel of things without the expense and stress of a bigger show venue.

These shows are also geared for young and green horses.  All training aids are allowed.  Show attire is not required...although helmets are a requirement for anyone under 18.  The only rules at these shows in "No Whining."  And no mad mothers, dads or trainers are allowed to stay on the grounds.  It's just for fun.  It's a positive experience for everyone, including the horses.

Judges are chosen to encourage and explain things to the riders.  Therefore, people that have considered trying their hand at judging shows are welcome to give it a whirl and come to judge our shows.

There is always food on the grounds, lots of trailer parking and an office/lounge with restrooms.

There is an indoor and an outdoor arena, so shows are held rain or shine.  There are usually a few vacant stalls to be had if people need to rent one for the day or overnight.

"All for fun and fun for all!"
