Lovely, tall, long legged lady, Dancey is an extremely athletic mover and is
well trained in both english and western disciplines. Excellent and advanced
Dressage training; moves off your leg with honesty and rhythm; great snaffle
bit horse, and has also been shown in finish double and western bridles,
successfully hunter, show hack and western. She is a finished horse.
She is also a delight on trail rides, but has not yet had much exposure to
water crossings. She has been shown in halter and showmanship, as well.
Her owner is a professional trainer, and has had Dancey all of her life;
therefore she has no vices. Loads, hauls, cross and straight ties, clips,
bathes, shoes; happy all the time. She has never been mishandled.
With oodles of presence, plenty of energy and a good work ethic, she is much
more beautiful than these pictures show. Dancey is an honest, hard working
horse and is good tempered. She is competitive in 1/2 Arabian Hunter, Sport
Horse and Open Hunter classes. She also likes to jump.
Dancey qualified for Sport Horse Nationals in 2008 but was not shown in 2009
due to financial restraints, and that is why she if for sale.
Although we would prefer Dancey to go to an intermediate or experienced
rider that can appreciate her level of training, she could be a considerable
mount for beginners; but they would need to be beginners with aspirations of
future goals that are willing to dedicate reasonable time to lessons and
educating themselves to get up to Dancey's level of training. Pretty Fam
Dancey knows a lot more than most people.

This mare's only fault is that she belongs to a
professional trainer. That is like the cobblers children; They have no
shoes. Being a trainers horse means you won't get the love and one-on one
dedication that you deserve.
My plans were to keep this mare and do dressage for myself. I know now
that it will not happen; my time won't allow it...and it is such a shame
because she is soooooooooo talented and so willing to please. She loves to
work.
Going well in her dressage basics, she has been turned out for a few
months this winter, but with some grooming, she is ready to show. We got
her to one show last fall as a Sport Horse Under Saddle with a youth
rider, and she was wonderful. She enjoyed the show atmosphere, and took it
all in stride.
She loves people, loves to be groomed, and has no vices. She moves like a
warmblood; she has so much hang time/suspension and such a springy stride that we all
just call her 'Leggz'. She is smooth gaited, and happy all the time. She
has a great attitude. Hauls, bathes, clips, shoes, no weirdnesses about
her. She spent a full year really enjoying serious mountain riding also.
She has the most expressive neck, face and eyes you will ever see. Her
personality is larger than life. She is a quality horse with a quality

I know. Weird
name. I don't know what it signifies, but we call her Sashi.
Sashi is just coming 8, and has had impeccable reining foundation put on her
as a young horse. Since then, she has done a few trail rides and stood
around a lot. Her owner bought her thinking she could do the horse thing
with her daughter, but being an adult beginner, with a job and motherly
duties, it never really panned out.
We brought her over to the barn after standing around for more than a year,
and just got on her. She was great. She is so happy to have any kind of
attention. Her owner knows it is not fair to her to have her standing around
for years to come...it would be such a waste.
We are fitting her up and tuning her up a bit as I write this. She is as
soft and light in the mouth as you could want, and is lovely in a snaffle
bit or mild bridle bit. She has not been blanketed and has a good winter
coat on her; we would like to body clip her, but there are still some snow
storms ahead, to come.
This lovely little mare is under-priced, and will not disappoint. She is as
kind a soul as they come, very affectionate and loves a good job. Great
little mare for a family looking for an super friendly equine buddy, or with
aspirations of competition of any kind.

Half Quarter Horse and Half Morgan, this cross should
probably be it's own breed. Annie is HUGE, mellow and trained to death. She is a fantastic horse for
anyone who likes to go on nice mellow trail rides; but has also had
extensive training for the show ring in both Western and English.
She looks like a tank, but is about as athletic a horse as you
could want. (I think she would make a really fun dressage horse, because
she can really move, and is SOOOO SMOOTH TO RIDE!) She reins well, bathes,
hauls and does fine in any situation.
This picture is actually kind of funny of her, because she is really a
mellow and pretty darn quiet horse. But when she gets in the ring, she
LOOKS like a park horse; but is really not. It's just the only decent
photo we have of her right now. The first time we showed her, she won a
very large Open Hunter Pleasure class with about 15 horses in it! She
really looks the part.
She is really perfect for lessons and beginners. She has kind of an "Eyore"
attitude about everything...just a really laid back, quiet mare to have
around.
She is also a very easy keeper, so riding her a lot would be a good thing.
She has been a basically non-horsey husbands trail horse, and eventually
turned into the wife's show horse. Life has changed in that family due to
illness, and they are selling out.
She has always been sound...you will see why when you look at her
feet and her bone. There is no causing a lameness in this mare. Not gonna'
happen.
As gentle as she is big, she is lots of fun and a great horse for any
family, no matter if you need a trail horse, lesson horse, show horse, 4-H
horse...she can do all that. And, she is a good buddy, too.

of correct education and positive reinforcement, "Doodles" has quite an
impressive training history. Never ridden or handled without
professionalism and supervision, this horse knows no wrong. If only
other horses were as lucky as he to have had such a well handled and
well loved life.
Built to last, he is a lovely, correct, big boned boy
with type and athleticism to boot. A deep liver chestnut w/four
stockings and a great marking on his face, he is a show stopper. This is
not to mention his show record, which is pages long. He has a show
career that spans over a decade, with top competitive experiences in
western pleasure and reining, and has the talent and willingness to move
ahead as a sport horse as well; hunter and dressage would be a snap for
him. He would be the pride of the ring in 4-H competition. He also
enjoys mountains riding, and was considered one of the best horses out
of the 150 that went on thee Butch Cassidy trail ride.
On top of all that, he is as kind and safe a mount as
you could ask for. He is a dream to be around; no trouble, no vices
whatsoever. Clip, farrier, haul, bathe, saddle, anything and
everything. He is a true gentleman in every essence of the word.
His owner has enjoyed every minute of having him, but
is wanting to get real serious into the reining thing. Doodles has done
his share of that, and does not need to go any farther than he already
has. He is deserving now of a loving owner that not only wants a true
companion, but a competitive show horse if the mood strikes you.
This horse presently resides at his loving home in
Tooele, but we can make arrangements for you to see him upon request, if
you are a serious looker that knows a top quality horse when you see
one, and that is able to truly appreciate what he has to offer and give

Our lesson horses are sometimes available
for full or half-leases.
Leases are often customized per client,
but general price ranges are:
Full lease: $310 per month,
your days of choice and first right to horse shows.
1/2 lease: $195 per month, three
specified days and specified horse show days.
These generally include use of the student tack room, so that your purchases are minimal.
They may not be removed from Vista Farms,
and if you are not a regular student, you will be required to take enough lessons on the
horse you choose to lease to be sure that it's a compatible match.
We probably have several other horses
available for lease that are not on this list. These are just a few. We also lease
many horses that are for sale, with option to buy.

"Fizzy" is adorable. Not a word I generally use to describe
horses, but it fits her perfectly. In fact, one of the things she enjoys
the most is to lick you. And she does it with pure affection, and has ever
since she was born.
We have known and loved Fizzy all of her life; in fact her mother is one
of our most tenured school masters. Fizzy is trained hunt seat, western,
trail riding, and jumps (for fun), and is a top notch showmanship @ halter
horse. She was originally started as a reiner, and has a lot of potential
there too.
She is also competitive in dressage. Her movement and
gaits are very high quality for this discipline and she has received great
scores. She would be a lovely large pony for Pony Club, and would kick
some Warmblood fanny in dressage. She is very smooth with lovely
transitions and carriage, and has an impressive length of stride and
rhythm.
She excels in the Arabian shows as a Sport Horse, both
Under Saddle and In Hand. Her conformation is flawless. She really can do
anything...she has been in parades, spent oodles of time camping, is a
blast to ride in game days, and won plenty of blues in different show
competitions. As long as she can be with her "people", she is one happy
horsey.
She has also been a great horse for the Youth Saddle
Program the Utah Arabian Horse Club sponsors every year, and she would
make a very competitive 4-H horse. She is very smooth gaited, quiet and
unflappable.
No-no-no-no-no-no vices whatsoever. Shoeing, hauling,
bathing, clipping (even her ears) and anything else you want to do are
looked at as affectionate attention by Fizzy. She would love nothing more
than to go home w/you, follow you into your house, and watch TV with you
on your couch. She has never been sick or lame in any way, and has been
kept fit and the picture of health all of her life. She has always had the
best of care and the most love.
